In purchasing items with Canyon Springs Waterpark, I agree to terms of use policies including: weather policies, season pass policies, deposit policies, refund policies, and all other policies enforced at Canyon Springs Waterpark. Park capacity and other circumstances may cause Canyon Springs Waterpark to limit entry. If you leave the park and plan to re-enter, you must have your hand stamped. Anyone who enters Canyon Springs Waterpark's gates grants Canyon Springs Waterpark the right to film, photograph or videotape the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without payment. Canyon Springs Waterpark assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection or use of the park, rides and amusements or entrance into or departure from the park. Anyone who enters Canyon Springs Waterpark’s gates assumes risk of personal injury and loss of property. No alcohol, food, coolers or beverages may be brought into the park. Tickets may be revoked and ticket holder ejected from park at discretion of management without refund for failure to abide by park rules.
